In the heart of the Savoie mountains, the campsite is ideally situated for exploring the many walking and hiking trails, as well as practising a variety of outdoor sports. Between caves and lakes, a multitude of reliefs make up the sublime panoramas you can admire. Make the most of the numerous visits, in an exceptional, unspoilt setting.
Lake Aiguebelette
Emblematic of the Savoie region, this postcard-perfect lake is real! Bordering the campsite, you can get there without even taking the car. Its emerald-coloured water is a real paradise for the flora and fauna that live there. A variety of activities are permitted: you can observe the scenery from your own boat (kayak, canoe, paddle, pirogue, etc.), which you can hire from one of the many service providers, or swim in the water, which can reach 28 degrees in summer. Relax on the beach at Lépin-le-Lac. Classified as a “Nature Reserve” and therefore preserved, combustion engines are prohibited. Take to the skies and enjoy a breathtaking paragliding experience (Montagne de l’Epine).
Walks and hikes
There’s nothing like a walk to discover the wild fauna and flora, while taking your time.
There are no fewer than 35 walking loops over 300km of signposted routes to choose from, for all abilities! A great outing for groups or families. Hiking maps and guidebooks are available from tourist offices.
Guided walks are also available, so you can learn more about the local species.
Lake Bourget
Bourget lake is the largest natural lake in France with a length of 18 kilometres and is surrounded by the Massif de l’Epine, the Mont du Chat, the Chambotte, the Mont Revard and the Bauges. This lake, sung by the greatest poets, offers sailing and bathing pleasures in water that can reach 26°C in summer.

Are you a city dweller and museum lover? Set off to discover the major cities with their preserved cultural heritage. Between architecture, sightseeing and local produce, there’s something for everyone. Annecy, Lyon and Chambéry are just a few kilometres away and have so much to show you!
